Rolling Over

Jude has learned to roll over from his tummy to his back, but can't roll from his back to his tummy. Unfotunately, this is starting to be a problem at naptime. He had only rolled over a couple of times before and it was when he was playing on the floor, then he didn't do it again for a while - until yesterday. Yesterday, after 1/2 an hour into his nap, he started crying, I just let him cry for a while because I figured he would probably go back to sleep, but after about 15 minutes of crying I thought I better go check on him. The poor guy had flipped onto his back and couldn't get back onto his belly. He was so upset. I picked him up to try and comfort him, but it took him about 10 minutes to calm down. I hope he learns how to roll back onto his tummy soon or this could ruin a lot of naps.

He's getting so big! I remember Lincoln getting stuck on his back a lot. I was so happy when he finally learned to roll back over with no help. The other day I went in to get him from his nap and he was sitting up playing in his crib. He sits great, but he's never gotten into the sitting position on his own. I was surprised to see him that way!

Yes, Jude looks like John!
