Since I got my new ice cream maker our freezer is constantly stocked with at least one flavor. This is just boring old vanilla. I'm not a vanilla fan on its own, but it's good with other desserts or toppings. In this case it was made to go with John's carrot cake. I mean, mint chocolate chip and carrot cake are not the best combo. Since I'm not a big fan of it, it's nice to use it up on the kiddos who will eat anything as long as it's sweet.
