Granola Bars

I LOVE granola bars! They are one of my favorite snacks. I'm not crazy about the crunchy kind; I like the chewy ones. The problem is that they are either cheap and unhealthy, or healthy and expensive. So I decided to make my own, which turned out to be a much cheaper way to get a healthy, chewy granola bar. This was my first attempt. They tasted good, but I need to up the goo. They were a little dry.

Jude is learning to scoot himself around quite well. It looks a little funny and uncoordinated right now, but it gets him around:) Jude will be 4 months tomorrow! Where does time go?

Boomsday 2008!

We went to Knoxville again this year for Boomsday. This year we took Amber and Mike and Erika and Sarah Jemson. We had a lot fun!
