I think he was signing, "cookie". In fact, I am sure he was. I can tell because of the look on his face that said, "I keep asking for her cookie and she keeps clapping and cheering at me....that's it! I'm outa here!" (Exit stage right)

Notice that big bruise on the side of his face? He face planted onto the foot of our rocker, poor guy.
