I told Dan he doesn't have to do work on our house everytime he comes, but he said he enjoys it and get's bored on vacations where there's nothing to do. He had told me before he came that he was going to put in the window while John was working on his car, but the kitchen floor was a total surprise. I wasn't expecting that to get done.

Funny, I was wondering what home improvement project we would be working on when we visit. We have plenty of them to do at our house.

The new window makes for a great doggy door.
What a big difference it makes, Beth. I really like it. I wouldn't have thought to put a window there, but it was a great idea.
You're surely fortunate to have a friend like Dan. I haven't found a friend like that yet!
