3 Months Old
Jude will be 3 months old Tuesday. I wanted to take pictures of him outside while we were still having good weather (it's supposed to rain on Tuesday). I know Dad wont like it that these weren't taken ON his 3 month birthday. It's amazing how fast a baby can grow. He's getting so big so fast! He's cooing like crazy and loves to smile and laugh. He really is a great baby.

Already three months old?!! How can that be!
I forgot to mention that that blanket he's holding in the pictures is his "blankie." He loves it. I noticed one day that he would take the burp clothes and grab them and pull them up to his face all the time so I thought I would give him a little blankie and see how he liked it. He does! He loves that thing. He will snuggle and play with it for a long time. It's so cute that he already has a "blankie."

Great pictures, Beth! How exactly did you do them? What's he laying on and what is the background?
Great pictures, Beth! He's getting so big. Three months certainly does go by fast. Alex loves holding a burp rag or blankie near his face too.
He is on his pack and play mat and my boppy pillow with a sheet over it.
I picked a spot under a tree where some light can come in and some is in the shade so it kind of gives it that cloudy sky look. Then I just used photoshop to soften the edges.

The fifth and sixth pics could easily have been John at that age. He,too,acquired the thumb/blankie habit at a fairly young age...brings back many memories.
You are a wonderful baby photographer, Beth. Maybe you could start a little photography business, specializing in children. But then there are the bawling ones, and the really bratty ones...hmm, maybe not.
