Claire is going to be 3 weeks old tomorrow! I can't believe it. It's going by even quicker than with Jude. I love having a girl. It's like having a little doll.

We took Claire to church for the first time this Sunday. She wore this adorable outfit she got from a friend of ours. She looked so cute in it that I had to take a picture. It's a preemie size so I don't know how many more times she'll get to wear it before she grows out of it.

Jude's Birthday Party

Jude got a Power Wheel police bike. He loves it. He isn't very good at it yet though. Last night he drove it under the dining room table and practically clothes lined himself:)

A bunch of sand toys for the sandbox John made him.





Check out the sandbox John made. Doesn't it look nice? It ended up raining for his party:( but the kids were able to sneak in 10 minutes of play in the sandbox in between downpours. Luckily, John had put a tarp over it before the sand got soaked. The kids were wet though from walking through the yard so we had to hose them off afterward since the sand stuck to their wet legs.

Laundry

I heard some banging coming from the laundry room and found Jude inside the dryer. Apparently, he thought he would help with the laundry by emptying the dryer:)

Naptime With Grandpa

So I found out something interesting about my sister this weekend. She loves to put babies in things. Sounds strange, I know. She kept trying to put Claire in boots, buckets, etc... As strange as this is, it did make a pretty cute picture when she put her in Jude's airplane Easter basket:)

My parents came to help out. It was so nice to have them here. Dad was the baby holder and Mom helped out with making meals and cleaning. I think I've been pretty spoiled this week:) My dad wasn't here the entire week. He came for a few days and then went back home, but returned for the weekend with my sister Melissa.

Abby is my friend Becca's daughter. She is two weeks older than Claire. They are going to be good friends:)

Jude's Birthday Present

We got Jude a Cozy Coupe for his birthday. He loves it. He was so excited when he saw it in the yard. He's been playing with it constantly. We're having a party for him on Saturday and are giving him a sandbox on that day. John is building it. I can't wait to give it to him. He's gonna love it.
